How to Bold Text on Facebook
Posts, comments, bios, event descriptions, none of them have a bold button. Here is the two-minute workaround that works in all of them.

The Faster Way: Bold Inside the Facebook Composer
If you post regularly, copy-paste becomes the slow part. - It works in every text field. Posts, comments, replies, your bio, Page descriptions, event details and Messenger all accept Unicode bold, one trick covers all of them.
- Groups sometimes have native formatting. Some Group posts on desktop offer a small formatting menu. When you see it, use it, when you do not (which is most of the time), paste Unicode bold instead.
- Hashtags must stay plain. A styled #hashtag is not recognized as a hashtag. Style the words around it.
- Search does not match styled words. Never style names or keywords you want people to find you by.
