Who's behind it

Hi, I'm Artyom

I'm an entrepreneur and software developer with 15+ years of building for the web: SaaS platforms, browser extensions and games. Post Formatter is one of eight products I've shipped, alongside tools like AI Edit, FixMeBot and Blurr.

Post Formatter started in 2024 as a personal itch. I kept jumping to a separate Unicode converter to bold my LinkedIn hooks, pasting text back and forth and losing formatting on the way. So I built a toolbar that formats text right inside the composer, and kept refining it with feedback from the people who use it.

It's still built the way I believe products should be: user-first, fast by default, free where it counts, and improved in small, frequent releases. If something feels off or you have an idea, tell me directly: every message lands in my inbox, not a ticket queue.

Why it exists

A great post, flattened into grey text

Social platforms render every post in one plain typeface. No bold for your hook, no way to make a takeaway land, nothing to break up a wall of text. So the best ideas scroll past unread.

Post Formatter closes that gap. Select your text, pick a style, and it becomes genuine Unicode characters that carry your formatting into any composer. One click instead of hunting for a converter and pasting back and forth.

How it's built

Principles I ship by

Free where it counts

Bold, italic, strikethrough, underline and case are free forever, no account. Pro is optional and adds AI plus 20+ premium styles.

Private by design

The extension runs in your browser. AI uses your own key with zero markup and requests go straight to the provider. Nothing to hide, nothing to sell.

Renders everywhere

Every style is real Unicode, not an image or HTML, so your formatting looks identical on iOS, Android, desktop and every app that accepts text.
