# Post Formatter

> Post Formatter is a free Chrome extension and suite of online tools that lets you add bold, italic, strikethrough, underline, and 30+ Unicode text styles to LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube, and Pinterest. Because the formatting uses real Unicode characters (Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols block), styled text renders correctly everywhere: no HTML, no images, no special rendering.

The extension adds a floating toolbar inside supported social-media editors. It also bundles a live post preview for every supported platform, Smart Paste (preserves formatting from Google Docs, Word, Notion), AI proofread and AI auto-styling (bring-your-own OpenRouter key), drafts with folders and tags, a multi-platform character counter, and keyboard shortcuts.
